Inner Strength Asheville – Contracts and Cancellations Form

Clients who purchase individual appointments can cancel these appointments at any time up to, but not less than, 48-hours prior to the appointment time. This 48-hour deadline provides Inner Strength Asheville staff a reasonable amount of time to re-book the time slot and eliminate unnecessary staff coverage.
Cancellations must be communicated directly from the client who reserved the appointment and sent by email to info@innerstrengthasheville.com. Family and friends of the client cannot cancel on the client’s behalf. The only exception to having family cancel for a client is the ability of a parent/guardian who is responsible for a minor client.

Cancellations that are initiated more than 48-hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Clients who purchase or renew contract packages in 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, or 12-months durations will have their contracts automatically renew when the contract terms expire. Clients who wish to discontinue their contractual agreement once a contract expires must notify Inner Strength Asheville by email to info@innerstrengthasheville.com at least 30-days in advance of the expiration of the contract to prevent the automatic renewal.

Clients who purchase or renew contract packages in 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, or 12-months durations can cancel their contract within the first 7 (seven) days after purchase. Contracts that remain intact after 7 (seven) days cannot be canceled, and clients will be billed for the duration of the contract terms.
